summer?
so im home!
Lawson's shining face greeted me friday afternoon. since then i have managed to unload all of my stuff back into my room and put all of my clothes up, as well as my books and movies. After hanging up my new clothes ive noticed that there are a ton of old clothes i never wear anymore. So i told my mother about it and since the donation place burnt down in the winter there is no where close to take them therefore the only reasonable answer is : GARAGE SALE!
My brother and I are collaberating on this, meaning set up pricing and advertising and hopefully making a few bucks since we are both broke college students:(
But what im looking forward to most about this adventure is baking! I've planned on making brownies, and cookies. Im so excited!
One thing i have always wanted to do is to be a cute little house wife from the 50's. With the whole getup: updo, red lips, cute patterned apron, and a good looking suit wearing, kiss me good morning while i poor you a cup of coffee before work kinda husband. And this garage sale is the perfect time for me to get to it!
On another bright shiny note, i went to Iowa yesterday to visit my brothers future wife and inlaws. So fun! I also got to visit the church where the vows will be exchanged, as well as the reception hall. Everything was so adorible! The church was so cute and quaint. Homey.
So i recently finished the latest Chuck book entitled Tell All. It blew me away, like his writing always does. The way he can find a new persona, and voice for every different book amazes me. I visited his fan site teh other day which said he has already started on his 2011 release. A NEW BOOK ALREADY! im so excited. If you like satirical, twisted, hilarious fiction at all check out Chuck Palahniuk. He is absolutely fantastic.
Speaking of fantastic things in the world i would like to introduce my main sqeeze. Nick "Mr. Kool-aid" Flavin. Adorible, sensitive, perfect.
i love him.
i love you.
thanks for loving me back:)
